This article explains how to use the Closed Trades table, a detailed view of every individual transaction you have closed in your portfolio.
This table provides a complete record of your realized gains and losses, allowing you to analyze the performance of your completed positions.
Locating Your Closed Trades Table
You'll find the Closed Trades table on the dedicated Trades page, under the Closed Trades tab.

Table Structure and Content
The Closed Trades table lists every individual transaction that has been fully closed. Unlike some other views that summarize positions, each closed trade is displayed on a separate line, providing a complete historical record.
Each row in the table provides comprehensive information about the closed transaction:
Trade ID: The unique identifier for the specific closed trade.
Type: The position type Buy/Sell (Long) or Short/Cover (Short).
Symbol: The stock ticker symbol.
Exchange: The exchange where the trade occurred.
Data Source: The origin of the trade data, which can be either the name of your brokerage (e.g., "Fidelity," "Schwab") or "Manual" for trades you've entered yourself.
Open Price & Open Date: The price and date at which the position was opened.
Close Price & Close Date: The price and date at which the position was closed.
Quantity: The number of shares in the closed transaction.
Total to Open: The total cost to open the position.
Total from Close: The total money received from closing the position.
Days Open: The number of days the position was open.
Realized Gain: The final profit or loss from the closed trade, calculated as Total from Close - Total to Open.
Managing Your Trades
The Closed Trades table provides different management options depending on the data source:
For brokerage-sourced trades, no changes are allowed, as this data is pulled directly from your connected account. The horizontal ellipses icon for these rows will be greyed out.
For manual entries, you have the ability to make changes. Clicking the horizontal ellipses icon on a manual trade's row will open the "Trades Options" menu, giving you the ability to manage that trade.
Note: If you manually edit or delete a closed trade, the app will automatically revert the changes caused by the initial closing and update your portfolio to reflect the new state.
Visuals and Interactions
The table is designed for clear and simple interaction:
Color-Coded Gain/Loss: The Realized Gain value is color-coded for instant visual feedback on your profitability:
Green: If the gain is positive.
Red: If the gain is negative.
Grey: If the gain is zero.
Highlight
By providing a comprehensive, at-a-glance view of all your closed transactions and their outcomes, the Closed Trades table allows you to effectively analyze your realized gains and losses and review your complete trade history.
