Connecting your accounts safely is our highest priority, which is why we protect your data with multi-layered, bank-grade defensive controls.

Here's how we keep your data safe.

Encryption

All data is encrypted end-to-end:

• In transit : protected with TLS 1.3 while moving between your bank, our platform, and your dashboard

• At rest : stored using AES-256 encryption, the same standard used by major banks

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Connecting a financial account requires MFA using an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or 1Password). Active sessions automatically lock after 30 minutes of inactivity.

Data Deletion

When you disconnect an account or delete your profile:

• Your connection tokens, transaction logs, and financial metadata are purged from active databases within 30 days.

• Encrypted backup snapshots are permanently overwritten within 90 days.

• Certain anonymized calculation variables may be retained for up to 5 years for accounting and compliance purposes, fully isolated from live systems.
